United Methodist Men Foundation (UMMF) Executive Director

The United Methodist Men Foundation (UMMF) is pleased to announce Mark Lubbock as its new Executive Director, effective July 1, 2025.

Lubbock brings over 30 years of Christian and business leadership, including 15 years as a United Methodist pastor and three decades of service at every level of United Methodist Men. He has led Gulf South Men since 2012, raising funds, training leaders, building volunteer teams, and developing resources for men’s discipleship, racial reconciliation, prison ministry, and national retreats. He also served as Deployed Staff for the General Commission on United Methodist Men, equipping local churches and connecting men’s ministry leaders nationwide.

“Everything I do is from the viewpoint of a servant of Jesus,” says Lubbock. “I am deeply passionate about fostering men’s discipleship, interfaith collaboration, and driving sustainable impact in alignment with the core values of UMMF. It’s an honor to join this vital ministry to help engage, equip, and encourage men in their spiritual journey, their families, churches, and communities.”

“We are thrilled to welcome Mark,” said Dan Ramsey, UMMF President. “His deep faith and proven leadership will strengthen men’s discipleship and expand our ministry impact.”

As Executive Director, Lubbock will focus on financial stewardship, donor engagement, and expanding UMMF’s outreach to support men, families, and communities in faith and service.
